Brandon is a Survey Office Technician and is involved in many types of projects including boundary, topographic, hydraulic, utility, control, structural, photogrammetry, cadastral, seismograph, mining, and ALTA/ACSM.

Joel is a Certified Floodplain Manager with expertise in automated tools for processing GIS data for hydrology models using ESRI's ArcPy and Python API in ArcGIS Pro. Joel is also well-versed in developing ArcGIS Online applications for flood planning.

The cost depends on where the structure is located within the floodplain zone, whether survey data needs to be collected, and how far the site is from one of our offices. Excluding travel and assuming survey data needs to be gathered, our fee is typically around $1,500.
We have 9 offices across Utah and one in Wyoming. We also have people working throughout the state on a regular basis. We will combine travel costs with other local work whenever possible.
